Hayes is a medium to small town in west London situated just 13 miles from Charing Cross in the London Borough of Hillingdon. It has a good selection of pubs, bars and restaurants and good variety of shops on the small high street that include all the usual brand names. Much of the property for sale in Hayes is snapped up by people wanting to make the most of its excellent transport connections, central London can be reached in 10 minutes by train, Heathrow Airport 10 minutes by bus and Uxbridge is just down the road.
